So this is for all you animals lovers.
Do you want a job working at a dog boarding/doggy daycare?
Well I'm a staff member at a doggy daycare and I just wanna give you some information before you get a job in this field.
You will get bit
You will get jumped on(most dogs come in with zero manners)
You will get dragged and pulled around.
You will get pee or poop on you or both!
You will hear barking none stop all-day long.
They are not all cute and cuddly(some come in and only like certain people or none at all)
Those are just a few points that need to be very clear.
Today a dog busted my lip...the other day a dog yanked me out the suite so fast it ripped my arm clean open.
Today I played with a dog that bites anything his teeth can touch!( I'm serious though his mouth is always open and he just bites anything. He bit my butt 😂
One day I got drug across the yard and fell on the dog and hit my knees!😂
One day I slipped on the wet concrete trying to hold a dog back from taking off with me on the other end of the lead.
So, see it may sound like a fun job( it is and I love it) but they don't tell you about everything that happens. You kind of find out as you work lol
Some dogs don't like to be put back in there suites so they try to attack you for leaving. ( Gotta be faster than that bud)
Some don't like there neighbors and they try to argue with them any chance they get( and I mean any chance...be careful taking them out and hang on tight, you will probably go for a nice little ride to that other doggys suite)👋
I wouldn't wanna work at any other place, because this is the perfect place for me. I don't mind any of this that happens and that's how I Know this job is for me. Some can't handle the slightest little bit of the stuff that goes on. I tackle it all and love it.
I Will be back with more crazy things that happen to me at work.
Toodles for now!
